Relatively smooth process though there was a difference between the price quoted and the price on the website. Taking my order and money, buying, was simple and easy! After over a week I still haven't had any paperwork though and the money has come out of my account.

National Numbers are local to me and have been great when dealing with my requests. I would recommend them to anyone and give them the big thumbs up. A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.
