Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. Would have been 5 star only they arrived not in a box that they couldn't be identified as number plates and an invoice for National Numbers stuck on the front. I had ticked the box for surprise gift.
