I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to. When I first contacted them it was to find a registration that I was unfortunately not able to buy, but Eric looked through other options with me and guided me through the whole process. The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.
