This is the third number plate I have purchased and each and every time the service and speed of delivery was second to none, only two more to go, really recommend.

I have just sold my registration through National Numbers, this is the first time I have dealt with selling a registration and I can confirm the service provided by National Numbers was excellent. The process was simple with clear instructions provided. The process was quick, it took just over a week from initial contact to receiving payment, I was also kept up to date with the progress of the transaction on a regular basis.

I contacted national numbers initially out of curiosity through an app on my phone to get my personalised vehicle registration plate valued back in late March early April and after a few days I got an email to contact their valuation phoneline and was quoted £1250 for a plate I purchased on a car for total of £1750 back in December 2017. Unfortunately the car was involved in an accident in May this year and the engine blew and so was unable to be driven and was SORN sitting on my friends drive so I had previously asked national numbers to advertise the plate as potentially for sale which is a service they offer and should they have interest they contact you with an offer from their client and in late July I was asked the lowest I would accept for my plate and after a little negotiation we settled on £1000 all fees to be paid by their client and once the transfer was completed I would receive my money. They were very helpful, courteous and relatively fast with all the details and documents but without an ounce of pressure to sell my plate. I sent the documents back and was told approx 2-3 weeks depending on DVLA workload and even so two weeks to the day I posted my documents off to them the money was transfered same day they received confirmation of the transfer of ownership the money was deposited in my account in minutes. Top Class Company, First Class employees with a professional Business acumen and absolutely NO Pressure and hassle free pleasurable experience. I recommend this company if you want to sell or buy any personalised vehicle registration to everyone and anyone wishing for a breeze of a transaction with professional experienced people. We had forgotten about my mother-in-law's personalised number plate which we put on retention over 18 months ago. National Numbers got in touch to ask if we still had it and wanted to sell it. They were helpful from the start and after sending off our documentation late on Monday, we were kept informed through e-mail and we had the agreed sum of money in our account on Thursday. Great service and I'd recommend.

Brilliant service. Very very good customer service team on the phones when you ring up they tell you exactly what you need to know. Hitachi finance company national numbers use is very flexible and you can change payment date etc. No problems either with them. Both are excellent.

Ryan and Adam were responsive, helpful and went over and above on several occasions, even checking I had the right reg plate size when they suspected (rightly) that I'd got it wrong. Thoroughly recommend National Numbers.
