Swift and painless experience. I was ordering 2 numbers at the same time so used their sales line. Claire walked me through the process and what I'd need to do once the certificates arrived. Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. This is my first personalised number plate and I must compliment National Numbers for their promptness and efficiency. They made everything so easy.
