I gave a rubbish review of this company as I was extremely dissatisfied but thought nothing would happen. I received a call from the Managing Director the next day & it was sorted by the end of the same day! Reviews can be powerful & get the right outcome. It is the first time that I have used such a service but, coincidentally two colleagues of mine were also buying private plates from different companies. Their experiences were far different to mine. They both had documents lost and are still ongoing. I began my process With National numbers much later and mine concluded very quickly. Couldn't have asked for better. They did everything for me in super fast time.

For some time I had been looking for a personal plate for our son's wheelchair adapted car. Sadly, his degree of physical disability means he will never be able to drive himself, but at least with his initials on the registration plate he would feel that he "owned" his car. Finally, I found the perfect plate on Nationalnumbers website and they took care of everything - including attending to the necessary application to retain my personal plate that was already on the vehicle. That was above and beyond the call of duty! Everything was done in a caring and efficient manner and our son still has a broad grin on his face every time he sees his car!

The personnel were always very efficient in every way. I would recommend National Numbers to anyone looking to purchase a cherished number plate.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Fab service thank you NN and thank you Jill !!

Absolutely brilliant service , Extremely friendly and courteous. The guy I spoke to I think he was called Stuart, Insisted I called him when we received the plates if I was unsure of anything the service was simply brilliant! I Have one very happy daughter thank you very much
