very easy process to follow all aspects of the transfer offered. I took the offer for national Numbers to do all the paperwork etc. and make the new plates. All I had to do was inform my insures. I found a plate that suited my name and even included year I was born so delighted I dealt with Chanttel who was an absouloute star. Staff were friendly and efficient . Plate sourced quickly . Only one slight niggle and that was that it was a gift for my husbands anniversary which I did say and when they arrived he took the post from the postman and it said national numbers on the packaging spoiling the surprise . All in all though great service .
