Process was incredibly easy. Exemplary after sales service. Debby kept me informed with multiple emails and answered several queries nigh on instantaneously and everything occurred as stated. Nice touch. Top tip though: if you're going to use the number plates supplied (in my case for a bike) make sure you request size of plate applicable. WOW This was all done amazingly quick. I completed the transaction online, then posted off my V5 received a call a couple of days later saying my V5 was received. The next thing I know, my new number plates dropped through the letterbox and then I got an email saying transfer is complete. I thought how quick was that. Thank you will deal with you again.
