I am delighted with the communications from national number.co.uk, their customer service is 100%. My plates arrived with next day service and national numbers kept their word. I would highly recommend this Company and in the future I would not even look elsewhere. The people i have dealt with have been totally professional. The service I received from the company was second to none always helpful and willing would use them again.

Easy to use website and fast delivery of documents.

Good service all happened as it should, only down side was I ordered plates through them and the rear was the wrong size.

All went well and pleased with service received. However there were 2 times when their phone was not answered and no return call. All went well in the end but process unclear for a novice first timer.

Excellent service documentation arrived on time and good quality plates arrived by DPD excellent throughout.

Sold our number and really happy with price agreed with NN. Whole transaction start to finish took 5 weeks - little longer than expected but happy nonetheless. I'd completely forgotten our number was listed for sale with NN then got a phone call out of the blue from Adam asking if we would sell for an offered price which we were happy with. Was a bit of a leap of faith completing the paperwork and handing over control of our number to NN but it worked well and no real hassles. We had to chase up a couple of times (dealing then with Ryan) - seemingly although the buyer had paid a deposit he/she hadn't come through with his/her paperwork and NN was waiting on him/her. Ryan called the buyer and obtained confirmation he/she was going through with the deal then Ryan called us back and advised he would send off our paperwork to DVLA and then send us our cheque - which he did - thank you Ryan. So all-in-all a good deal - we're happy - just the communications from NN side were a little lacking when things got slow - we had to do the chasing up calls (2) but Ryan certainly grabbed hold of it and brought it to a good conclusion for us.
