Great service but some advice was not complete

Brilliant service , very helpful unlike some company's

I recently purchased this number plate UAL150N from Alistair from National Numbers , they are very professional and received my plate within 1 week of payment. Strongly recommend this company to everyone.

Really nothing much to fault but could've done with a bit more correspondence.

Very helpful and quick to respond to queries. Would recommend national numbers to any one looking to buy or sell a number plate.

The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. Simple and easy!

Very helpful members of staff that talked me through the whole process and made for an effortless transaction.

Listed my plate with National Numbers. I received a call with an offer to buy. Once accepted I was sent paperwork by email, returned via post & within 2 days received payment directly to my account. Great service.
