very easy process to follow all aspects of the transfer offered. I took the offer for national Numbers to do all the paperwork etc. and make the new plates. All I had to do was inform my insures. I bought no plate for my mini cooper s made up to what i wanted, the no plate was req to my car in less 5 mins through DVLA no problems at all i received the no plates promp , the company cant be faulted in any way , very polite on the phone , very happy customer thank you john bird .

The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?
