Once the plate was chosen the whole process from first notification to cash in my account took exactly three working days. Plate was on the site for a while, but patience is a virtue. Absolutely delighted and great support once in transit.

The service you supply is very good apart from the private plates you have in the system which you have no control over. When you ring up the customers on my behalf to inquire about their plates and they are not for sale or some other problems. These should be taken off your system.

Following my initial enquiry to National Numbers for a certain plate due to be released by DVLA I am now an owner of the perfect cherished number thanks their immense buying power and knowledge. There were some minor issues however these were dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the after sales team. I can recommend National Numbers and will definitely use them again in the future. Pricing and process clearly explained at the outset. Craig phoned from the auction when my plate was under the hammer, as promised. Nice touch and could hear the actual auctioneer in the background. Got my PJB plate at the July auction for less than I had budgeted for, which was a bonus. Straight forward to deal with and friendly to boot.
