I received 5 star service from Phil and my mark would have reflected that once he took over my request, prior to that I had spoken to someone who failed to call me back which is very frustrating so my review is 5 stars for Phil and 4 stars overall.

It is rare to deal with a company that is this efficient. From start to finish the paperwork had been sent out, completed and processed in three working days. Just got off the phone to the boss, Eric, and he has said he would do his best to source a number plate for me for my partners 30th Birthday. After a month of searching other sites and speaking to other customer service representatives etc. Eric was definitely the most helpful.
