Great service and got the plate I wanted. Just one minor thing which was from them posting the certificate to me, it took 8 days to get to me. I would expect it takes no longer than 2 days to receive a letter.

Excellent. Sent an email but decided to phone to hopefully make things easier and quicker. Spoke to Paul and to say he was helpful would be an understatement, by the end of the phone call it was like I knew him for years and everything was done Would DEFINITELY recommend nationalnumbers because of the excellent service and nothing was to much trouble.

I am in Merchant Navy and I was abroad conducting this transaction on-line & with a few brief phone calls, before I returned to UK. Charlotte was most helpful, and I experienced no glitches from beginning right through to having my chosen plate put on a brand new Harley.
Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better
