I have used it twice now for both vehicles and you were excellent both times and so fast, before I knew it the number plates arrived and then I got an email saying the plates can go on the vehicle. Amazing customer service from start to finish! Literally chose the number plate I wanted and they sorted the rest! I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a personalised plate!
This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
