I purchased a number plate so quickly and Dealt with Mr, Phil McCarthy in the sales team who was very responsive, always made themselves available and kept me posted on progress of the transaction. I received 5 star service from Phil and my mark would have reflected that once he took over my request, prior to that I had spoken to someone who failed to call me back which is very frustrating so my review is 5 stars for Phil and 4 stars overall.

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

National Numbers are an excellent company. I have dealt with them for many years and have found them to be extremely efficient and reliable. Will definitely be using them again!

The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

This well organised number plate company is first class, excellent communications with a very helpful telesales team. Alistair guided me through my first purchase with this company, no problems at all. Many thanks Alistair for your advice and a true professional in your field.
