Very pleased with the overall service. On occasions when I needed to email a question it was replied the very next day.

From choosing the plate to fitting it to my car took only a few days. Every step of the way was straight forward and emails kept me informed of progress. We had forgotten about my mother-in-law's personalised number plate which we put on retention over 18 months ago. National Numbers got in touch to ask if we still had it and wanted to sell it. They were helpful from the start and after sending off our documentation late on Monday, we were kept informed through e-mail and we had the agreed sum of money in our account on Thursday.
