Customer service is amazing, was so easy to find and buy the perfect reg. My only issue is the fact that you have to buy a set of (very pricey) number plates, like this should be an option, also the plates themselves are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever seen, and for £50 they should be a lot better. Another thing is the transferring of the reg, I feel this should also be optional, I personally would?ve preferred to make contact with the dvla myself. This could just be me missing something on the website...? Other than those minor issues, absolutely perfect, and a pleasure to deal with.

I've always wanted a cherished number plate but thought I couldn't afford it. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices and purchased my plate entirely online. A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

We had forgotten about my mother-in-law's personalised number plate which we put on retention over 18 months ago. National Numbers got in touch to ask if we still had it and wanted to sell it. They were helpful from the start and after sending off our documentation late on Monday, we were kept informed through e-mail and we had the agreed sum of money in our account on Thursday. Great service and I'd recommend.
