I thought at first it was a scam but to their credit once i got my plate back from DVLA and sent the retention to them within 2 weeks the money was in my account. Happy Days !!!! It took a while to sell the plate, but then I suppose that is the way of things, but the speed at which the transaction was completed was amazing.
