Wonderful service. The DVLA took a long time for the wheels of government to grind away but National Numbers handled everything they possibly could, they even made the plates themselves up for me. They quite correctly reassured me about what appeared at first to be a big mistake by the DVLA saying the plate I had bought could not never be transferred from my ageing but rocket propelled luxurious two ton Supercharged Daimler (like the one which used to be driven personally by the Queen) onto any future replacement.

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. Process was incredibly easy. Exemplary after sales service. Debby kept me informed with multiple emails and answered several queries nigh on instantaneously and everything occurred as stated. Nice touch. Top tip though: if you're going to use the number plates supplied (in my case for a bike) make sure you request size of plate applicable. Mine was too large but this is in no way attributable to National Numbers. Thanks guys.
