However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.
Very positive and professional experience. Eric and the National Numbers team were so helpful with queries and the way they handled my bid for my personal plate. No hesitation in recommending this company.

And especially helpful was Gwen who guided me through the whole process.
