I had been looking for a suitable number plate at a reasonable price for ages and in looking one day stumbled upon 'national numbers' quiet by accident.....! There it was..! My plate in thier listings,,,year of my birth and my 3 initials at a very reasonable sum....! When i rang to purchase the plate i was very pleasantly surprised by a team of extremely proffesional people who where not only very helpful also knowledgable and reasuring but most importantly in my eyes,,,,very polite....! Had an excellent experience using national numbers. Everything was explained on the website and straightforward. I liked the fact I could just leave it all down to them to do the transfer as it saved me time and the possibility of doing it wrong! Communication was good if abit slow via email however all my queries were answered cannot fault them and will and have already recommended!

Sold our number and really happy with price agreed with NN. Whole transaction start to finish took 5 weeks - little longer than expected but happy nonetheless. I'd completely forgotten our number was listed for sale with NN then got a phone call out of the blue from Adam asking if we would sell for an offered price which we were happy with. Was a bit of a leap of faith completing the paperwork and handing over control of our number to NN but it worked well and no real hassles. We had to chase up a couple of times (dealing then with Ryan) - seemingly although the buyer had paid a deposit he/she hadn't come through with his/her paperwork and NN was waiting on him/her. Ryan called the buyer and obtained confirmation he/she was going through with the deal then Ryan called us back and advised he would send off our paperwork to DVLA and then send us our cheque - which he did - thank you Ryan. So all-in-all a good deal - we're happy - just the communications from NN side were a little lacking when things got slow - we had to do the chasing up calls (2) but Ryan certainly grabbed hold of it and brought it to a good conclusion for us.

So easy with the guys at national Numbers they took care of everything for me received my log book and phoned them it took 30 minutes to chang of number plate . Great service thank you .
