I would have preferred a bit more hand holding as this was my first purchase, I did not understand the process until Ryan took the time to explain the private plate buying proceedure. Will be using National Numbers for my daughters car.

As soon as a customer offer was received it was dealt with extremely efficiently and the entire process was negotiated and concluded within a few days. I'd used national Numbers previously 5 years ago with no issues, so when I wanted another plate, I called them. Though I had online prices for the same plate cheaper, you have to be careful as to whats been included (or not). NP managed to reduce their price slightly to match others like for like, and the info and plates came through within a couple of dates, exactly as promised.
