Most efficient in every way! Could not find a fault, plates, certificate arrived within 2 days!

Excellent service. Hassle free, very fast process including handling my V5C and sending new plates. It's was all done in few days. Very good communication and professional courtesy.

A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

Went smoothly definitely use again

Bad initial experience - but since put right. Originally disappointed with the poor response to my enquiries - so reflected this with appropriate feedback. Happily, they then responded more positively and today I was able to acquire a suitable plate within my time frame and budget. So, good news all round.

Easy transaction, they even priced matched another company. Plates and documentation despatched and received as communicated. Plate now on car the whole thing went extremely smoothly. Good service hence 5 stars. Thanks
