I have never bought a private number plate before so to me I was nervous, no idea what I was doing, to be honest. However, Paul was a true gentleman and I managed to get the plate i wanted and gave me the relevantinformationI needed. The paperwork came in a few days, the number plate a week later. The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.
