After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! I started my enquiry online and then shortly after I had a phone call to talk me through all my options. I had chosen my new number plate which came the next day which was great. 3 days later my certificate came and I could put my new number plate on. I received a call form Craig at National numbers asking me if I wanted to sell a plate I had given up three years prior. I thought at first it was a scam but to their credit once i got my plate back from DVLA and sent the retention to them within 2 weeks the money was in my account. Happy Days !!!! Would defianately trust this company again
