Initally my request for a number plate was overseen and not put into a DVLA auction. Three months later the plate was won @ the DVLA auction as promised. Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved.
