However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

i looked at other sites to be honest when looking for my plate , they had the same plate on offer but national numbers were cheaper , it couldnt be more simpler to buy from them , the delivery of the plates was only 2 days I think 3 max , then the paperwork followed . everything was clear and precise, no hidden charges etc etc , I thought national number were great to deal with , I can only rate them with the experience I had with them , and I don't see any reason this would change for any other customer . cheers nn
I bought my first private registration plate from this company in 1993 and they were very professional then and I have just sold another private plate through them on the 28th FEBRUARY. It was simple as they send you everything to sign and tell you what documents to send back to them. It is better to email them any questions you have and they reply very quickly. I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to.
