Great service, simple & straight forward although you do feel a little reluctant to send your V5 log book off to strangers but they've been in the business for years.

As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. Well ordered plate no problem but when certificate came dvla wouldnt let me put it on for some werid reason phoned these up and the man on phone was great really poilte and friendly which was nice so thanks R Thompson you made my day and Christmas as plate now on car thank you
