Excellent service very prompt

Customer service is amazing, was so easy to find and buy the perfect reg. My only issue is the fact that you have to buy a set of (very pricey) number plates, like this should be an option, also the plates themselves are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever seen, and for £50 they should be a lot better. Another thing is the transferring of the reg, I feel this should also be optional, I personally would?ve preferred to make contact with the dvla myself. This could just be me missing something on the website...? Other than those minor issues, absolutely perfect, and a pleasure to deal with.

Was quite hesitant to buy, as I would have preferred to buy directly from the gov website but after reading reviews and speak to a member of staff, who was friendly and professional I was comfortable and am happy to have bought with national numbers. Thanks

A quick helpful and speedy service, well done

National Numbers seem to me to have the best selection of number plates compared to every where else. Once you have found a number plate to suit you, it is then very easy to buy, transfer etc. Nice and easy. Communication is second to none, can't fault the service from start to finish.

Very friendly fast and ifficient

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Have never bought a personalised plate before, but national numbers made it very easy. Craig kept me informed about the process throughout. Would highly recommend
