After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! "National Numbers is based in sunny Billingham in the North East of England. The staff all wear flat caps and have a passing interest in whippets! Really good way of buying personal plates & very speedy service .Every thing done on line even designing your plates they arrived by post within 3 days .I even received an after sales call to see if i was happy with my purchase & the sales team are very helpful .Just waiting for the DVLA to return my log book which seems to be taking forever as im eager to get my new cherished plates on my car !
