Had no idea how buying a number plate worked. The staff were helpful and explained everything made the buying process really easy. Spoke to them on a number of occasions to arrange everything. Initally my request for a number plate was overseen and not put into a DVLA auction. Three months later the plate was won @ the DVLA auction as promised. The whole experience was smooth and uneventful and meant that I won the desired number plate for less than half the price it was offered to me by the rival company REG TRANSFERS....!
