I ordered a private plate and paid for it online, despite bank holiday shipping stalls I received my certificate in under 2 weeks and was able to plate the car immediately online.

The new plates came through with in a few days of ordering and was ready to put on the car in less than a week.

Eric helped me purchase an auction number plate and he is very good expert at number plates and in the end we successfully purchased the number plate I wanted.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! although my first choice had gone after I had received a confirmation e mail the person who rang me to impart the bad news helped me choose a replacement.
