National Numbers are local to me and have been great when dealing with my requests. I would recommend them to anyone and give them the big thumbs up. I cannot fault the Company and the person I dealt with Craig did exactly what it said on the tin. I do take point from one of your reviews regarding the cost of the service but in all honesty if you want to take time out , research the plates and go and spend time at the Auction then it will work out cheaper for you. I personally have not got the time to do this and Craig called me when the Lot came up and I paid in my opinion a fair price for the plate. I would recommend National Numbers

In a transaction where buyer/seller and intermediary never meet TRUST is an essential ingredient, and from the outset I felt confident that my sale was being professionally handled, and whoever I spoke to knew exactly what was happening and where we were in the process. Great result and pleased with outcome. My only criticism is that the admin telephone number seems to be permanently 'very busy', but response on the sales line was quick and helpful. JR Warwickshire

4 out of 5. Good service and fairly quick turnaround on paperwork. However all the add ons to the price of the number plates i.e. Printing plates etc are extortionate and there was no option to remove these items from your purchase online. I had to call up to remove the unwanted bits and saved a fortune.

Excellent, no hassle experience.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

Amazed - took no time, very easy, highly recommend.
