I was so frustrated to find so called cheaper companies added on charges on the last page once you had spent time with the online order. I hate this practice so it was so good to deal with honest people who kept me in the loop either by phone or e-mail every step of the way. My plates arrived very quickly but I have to wait now for the good old DVLA to send me a new tax disc and V5. Cool plate though for me, a photographer - P1 XCB

I have contacted many companies along side national numbers regarding several different plates. I instantly received a response to my enquirery unlike the other companies I contacted. From the minute I called, the sales person was on the phone to the seller of the registration straight away. Although there were difficulties from the seller of the registration I wanted, he straight away found me other alternatives and completed my transaction immediately. I was contacted frequently on updates of the process and the team were very friendly and attentive! 100% recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a new registration! 100% excellent service. Phil could not be more helpful and was always on hand through the whole process to explain any questions or concerns I had. There was 1 little hiccup, which meant I had to pay the invoice from SMA direct and not via National Numbers, but this was swiftly explained and true testament to any business is how a problem is overcome. Great service and should I ever be purchasing another number plate, I will most certainly be calling National numbers.
