Simple, quick and easy. Job done. The only slight negative is I felt I had to chase them a couple of times to be kept informed of progress. Overall however worked well and got the plate I wanted.

Amazing customer service from start to finish! Literally chose the number plate I wanted and they sorted the rest! I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a personalised plate!

Ordered my new plate on the Friday and it was with me less than a week later. I paid the extra for National Numbers to contact DVLA, which was well worth doing - no hassle and stress free

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

Very pleased with the overall service. On occasions when I needed to email a question it was replied the very next day.
