Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. I had heard about this and was very sceptical- has to be a catch. I was wrong- whole process couldnt have been easier. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly, there arent any hidden catches.- you get a valuation, when it sells, fill in a small form you get paid. Only cost is buying the new physical plates , cost me £15. Excellent . Recommend to anyone.
