Customer service is amazing, was so easy to find and buy the perfect reg. My only issue is the fact that you have to buy a set of (very pricey) number plates, like this should be an option, also the plates themselves are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever seen, and for £50 they should be a lot better. Another thing is the transferring of the reg, I feel this should also be optional, I personally would?ve preferred to make contact with the dvla myself. This could just be me missing something on the website...? Other than those minor issues, absolutely perfect, and a pleasure to deal with.

The company represented me this week at the auctions and rang me during the live bid to advise me throughout the bidding. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a number plate as they give you honest advice as they are an established company who look after their customers from start to finish. After having a bad experience with another number plate company I was very careful who I put my trust in, but hand on heart my confidence was restored after speaking to such a wonderful owner and all his staff. Thankfully I was lucky to pick an outstanding company but be warned there are a lot of companies that will not give you the expert service or honesty that this company delivers. The very good plate I first found listed and purchased for cash on the spot was unfortunately already sold but that initial setback was more than paid for a few days later when I was offered a perfect plate on par with the one that hooked my sale and a 70% refund! That excellent resolution was a result of happy chance and exceptionally ethical customer service. I would of happily paid the original amount for the specific registration I was eventually offered after a few days waiting for something unusually apt to surface. For less than the price of one new tyre you will find at least one suitable plate for your car and probably a dozen more to choose from in most cases.

Staff were friendly and efficient . Plate sourced quickly . Only one slight niggle and that was that it was a gift for my husbands anniversary which I did say and when they arrived he took the post from the postman and it said national numbers on the packaging spoiling the surprise . All in all though great service .
