This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

I recently purchased a plate for my boyfriends birthday, staff went out of their way to help me do this as fast and as secretly as possible! Easy communications even during Covid-19. They did the DVLA registration on the Wednesday and I got the certificate allowing me to use the plates on the Thursday and the Monday after, the new log book arrived. I could not fault the service.

Very helpful in trying to get my ideal reg, giving plenty of options and ways to get the perfect reg. Once found, were very efficient and went onto my car hassle free. Great experience.
