I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to. Magic they looked after me every step in the purchase of my number plate.

Within 1 week I had sorted & picked out the Private Reg I required for my wifes birthday, i had ordered it and it had been registered and I even had the new plates on her car. Very impressed with the company and its service and I would highly recomend them to friends & relatives.

Brilliant services

Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.

Everything happened as expected and the transaction was completed without any problems.
