The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. Excellent service from start to finish!! I was looking for a plate for my sons 18th birthday during covid-19 and a bank holiday!! I thought it would be a nightmare but nope I couldn?t of been further from the truth. I completed online and the certificate came within a few working days! So it?s safe to say I had an extremely happy son on the morning of his birthday.
