A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

I bought my first private registration plate from this company in 1993 and they were very professional then and I have just sold another private plate through them on the 28th FEBRUARY. It was simple as they send you everything to sign and tell you what documents to send back to them. It is better to email them any questions you have and they reply very quickly. Swift and painless experience. I was ordering 2 numbers at the same time so used their sales line. Claire walked me through the process and what I'd need to do once the certificates arrived. The plates arrived the next day and V750s a couple of days later. I'd have no qualms in using National Numbers again, thank you.
