No problems at all, very good service

Great service kept me well infomed, renegotiated my quote and I received £150 more! Very stright forward process, couldn't recommend more!

Process went smoothly although took longer than anticipated, about 5 weeks.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

Having never been in a position to own a personalised registration, I was looking for advice and guidance on the whole process. Dan was brilliant. Polite, patient and informative. Good efficient and very professional

Found them a good company to deal with although was a bit sceptical they were real at first as greatly under priced a plate I had already been quoted for. Ended up paying nearly twice what was first quoted but I expected this so was not too put out and everything went very smoothly. I would certainly use them again.
