Smooth from start to finish, found my plate, purchase completed, now about to have it put on my car all within a few weeks. Debbie was a great help, as were all the team that I came in contact with. Very happy to recommend to National Numbers.

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

I have just purchased my personalized reg plate from them excellent service very helpful when l needed guidance Eric who did the bidding was so helpful every time l phoned him for help it was never to much trouble for him l would recommend anyone buying a plate to use this company and try to go through Eric as the point of contact Kathy

Straight forward and no problems

Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.

It was an absolute pleasure in dealing with National Numbers. The transaction was smooth and easy. I recommend them as they are a very professional outfit that put the customers needs first. Thanks again Gurjit Singh
