The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.

We all know that the internet is full of companies professing to sell your private registration plate. Look no further than guys. Once interest had been shown by a potential buyer, the procedure was finalised within days. Communication was key. My sincere thanks to Lenny and Gwen. I have used National numbers twice now to purchase plates from the dvla auctions. Reason being I just did not have time my self to watch the days in the auction. They asked for my max bid and took care of the rest. On the day they called and checked if I wanted to go any higher or stick. I won the plate. Very happy and Eric done as he said he would. Now you need to get rid of your Aston Martin and get that GTR!

When I read about changing numbers I was very dubious, this company were polite and helpful to us, with no pushing. They did everything for us. We could not have had a better company to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone. Excellent.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

Friendly staff made the purchase and process proceed smoothly albeit slower than expected. Promt replies to e-mail queries were reassuring and useful. Would definitley reccomed National Numbers and would happily use them again myself. Brian
