100% excellent service. Phil could not be more helpful and was always on hand through the whole process to explain any questions or concerns I had. There was 1 little hiccup, which meant I had to pay the invoice from SMA direct and not via National Numbers, but this was swiftly explained and true testament to any business is how a problem is overcome. I had heard about this and was very sceptical- has to be a catch. I was wrong- whole process couldnt have been easier. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly, there arent any hidden catches.- you get a valuation, when it sells, fill in a small form you get paid. Only cost is buying the new physical plates , cost me £15. Excellent . Recommend to anyone.
