However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

From my first call to National numbers the service has been first class. All the representatives I have spoken to have been courteous and extremely helpful. My ideal personalised number plate was sourced and entered into the Cheltenham live auction. Guiding this first timer through every stage of the process National numbers bid on my behalf to successfully acquire the number plate I have always wanted. I cannot thank them enough.
