Extremely straight forward transaction with excellent communication at every step!

Kept me informed at all times. New V5C arrived within days of completing transaction. They also got me a good deal on the cost of my new plate! :)

This was the easiest transaction possible. I paid the amount plus the £80 which went to the licensing office in Swansea and when NN sent me the form all I had to do was put my old reg on the form and send it to Swansea. It is just as simple as that and I can't say anymore but thanks to NN for the professionalism and the guy on the phone stated it was as easy as this. He was right. Thanks Now waiting on the right price/number for my second car

Kept me up to date, it only took just over one week to complete everything, they even made my new plate for me and posted it out. They sent all new information to dvla so i never had to do a thing.
