The whole service from start to finish was fantastic. Ordered the number plate on Monday and received it on Wednesday. Paperwork followed on Thursday. Very easy and information online ordering. My son will love his private plate. Many thanks

All went well especially as I was a complete novice. The only comment I would make is that a little more communication to keep me informed of progress would have been nice. I would use them again and I would recommend them.

After trying the automated website where the option I wanted wasn't available, phoned directly and they sorted everything in one call, it wasn't a problem and was very easy and simple. Really nice guy on end of phone, not pushy at all,

Concluded the sale of my cherished number and transferred the money to my account within less than a week. Very efficient staff who are always available for advice. I have already placed another private registration number with National Numbers. Highly recommended.

I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to. Service was good but when finance had not been completed, no one called me to advise and after 4 weeks realised that the order had not been processed. Apart from that the service was swift and efficient.
