Pricing and process clearly explained at the outset. Craig phoned from the auction when my plate was under the hammer, as promised. Nice touch and could hear the actual auctioneer in the background. Got my PJB plate at the July auction for less than I had budgeted for, which was a bonus. Straight forward to deal with and friendly to boot.

When I read about changing numbers I was very dubious, this company were polite and helpful to us, with no pushing. They did everything for us. We could not have had a better company to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone. Excellent.

I can honestly say selling my number plate was so so easy with National Numbers, it took under a week to sell it and the money was into my account. I was contacted by National Numbers as i had got a quote off there website as i was looking to sell my number plate.Craig called me and said that he may have a buyer for my plate we agreed a price and he sold this for me the transfer and payment went without hitch and i even got a new set of plates for the new number given to my car would recommend National Numbers very pleased....great service thanks

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.
